How much does this cost? +
Nothing. This is a partnership program, not a paid service. We want to bring your clients back to you so you can close them on their home.
Who keeps the client when they're ready to buy? +
The client always comes back to you on the real estate side. In the process of helping them financially, if they take investment or insurance products, they stay with us — unless you choose to get licensed and we hand them off to you.
How do I earn referral income? +
We track all the business including referrals and make sure you get a piece of the action. For referral income from registered investment or insurance products, we help you take a weekend course so you're legally compensated.
What if a client I send never buys? +
No problem. We only focus on clients who are serious about becoming homeowners. You lose nothing by sending them — and you may still earn referral income from their financial plan along the way.
What kind of leads should I send? +
Any old or unqualified leads who don't have a down payment, need credit or debt help, ghosted you, or said "not right now." Even someone you're currently talking to — instead of tossing them into a drip campaign, send them to us and we'll work with them while you stay their agent.
Do I have to manage these clients myself? +
No. We handle everything to do with the financial side of the client. If you choose to get licensed with us, we'd put the client under your name. Either way, the real estate relationship stays yours.
